Passion Soil Garden
Terms of Service
These terms describe the current consultation and digital resource experience offered through passionsoilgarden.com.
Consultation purchases
Consultations must be purchased before scheduling. During the founding offer, the $74.99 rate is available only to the first 50 qualifying consultation purchases. The regular consultation price is $149.99.
Scheduling and rescheduling
After successful payment, you will be directed to a private third-party scheduling service to choose an available time. If you need to change an appointment, call Sonia at (407) 232-5620 as soon as reasonably possible. Availability for a replacement time is not guaranteed.
Cancellations and refunds
Before purchasing, please review the checkout details presented by the payment provider. Questions about cancellation, rescheduling, or a refund request should be directed to Sonia at (407) 232-5620. Requests are reviewed based on the circumstances, work already performed, and any terms shown at checkout; this policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Digital garden guides
Garden Guides marked Coming Soon are not currently available for purchase. When guide sales open, the product page and checkout will describe the price, delivery method, and any product-specific terms. Digital materials are intended for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
Educational information and outcomes
Consultations, guides, and website content provide general educational gardening guidance. Results vary with weather, climate, soil, pests, plant health, maintenance, and other conditions. Passion Soil Garden does not guarantee plant survival, harvest amounts, savings, or a particular gardening outcome.
Website content and third parties
Website text, branding, and original materials belong to Passion Soil Garden unless otherwise stated. Payments and scheduling are handled by third-party providers with their own terms. Passion Soil Garden is not responsible for third-party websites beyond its reasonable control.
